There are a few sites where you can get short sale leads (that you will pay for), there is a better way. Go to your local title company and ask them if they have a daily or weekly NED list. This is a Notice Election and Demand. Clearly at this point the homeowners have missed payments and are in the redemption period, the period where they can still salvage their home, their credit, etc. These lists also will be connected to the bank that the homeowner is connected to so you are ahead of the game if they go into foreclosure and you have had the opp to talk to the loss mitigation department or REO. Very neat…I have a friend who took a class from Window Farms in NY. We used to design together, now I am a vertical garden designer here in Boulder…so if you ever have someone ask if there is a certified vertical garden/living wall designer and installer, there is! I like all your blog articles, great subjects.
