Warren Buffett sees housing market bouncing back by 2011. The billionaire said the U.S. will recover from the residential real estate slump by 2011 as demand for houses catches up with the supply that accumulated during the bubble. My thought is yes it will recover to normal supply and demand absorption rates but it may be more like late 2011. Prices are so good now if your going to buy a home in Boulder do it now.
Buffett went on to say “Within a year or so, residential housing problems should largely be behind us,” “Prices will remain far below ‘bubble’ levels, of course, but for every seller or lender hurt by this there will be a buyer who benefits. Indeed, many families that couldn’t afford to buy an appropriate home a few years ago now find it well within their means.” Overpriced markets will come more back into line. Buying a home in Boulder will never be more economical than right now. Read the entire story about the housing market bouncing back.
